Inline Spinners / Custom sourcing
Build your
spinner range.
Bring blade profile, finish, body and hook configuration together around your market. Atlas coordinates sourcing, private-label options and sample approval.
Plan a spinner range →Customization + one-stop sourcing
01 / Blade + assembly
Start with the blade.
Specify the assembly.
Read the blade, axis, body and tail as separate specification zones. The map is schematic; it deliberately leaves the mount and tail joint unspecified.
1 / Blade + mount
Agree profile, front and reverse finish, and original artwork. M marks the mount to confirm on a real sample; no fitting type is drawn.
2 / Body + axis
Record body dimensions, wire requirements and total weight separately. The dashed line marks alignment, not a measured shaft or a rotation test.
3 / Tail connection
J marks the joint to confirm. Check eye closure, hook movement and surrounding clearance on the complete sample.
02 / Hook + dressing
Plain or dressed.
Make the tail deliberate.
Confirm the hook and the dressing separately. These teaching diagrams identify the questions to settle, without rebuilding hardware hidden under the photographed fibres.
Hook form / schematic
Specify point count, barb form and eye orientation. The generic treble has barbs omitted; it is not a listed size or the reconstructed hook of the dressed reference.
Dressing zones / schematic
Agree trim and material separately. B marks the binding area; H marks hidden hook information to check on the sample. Fibre lines do not establish material or tying method.
03 / Outline + selection
Choose the outline.
Then compare the sample.
A broad and a slender blade are different starting shapes. Compare the outline first; specify the curve, thickness and mount separately.
Broader outline
Use the visible width as a drawing reference. Confirm blade-to-body and blade-to-hook clearance on the assembled sample.
Slender outline
Define the long, narrow silhouette without borrowing a size number from another series. Match the actual blade dimensions and complete assembly.
Bring target species, water type, current and intended retrieve into the brief. Judge the chosen assembly under agreed conditions; the outline alone is not proof of action, depth or casting distance.
04 / Dimensions + mass
Blade size is not
complete-lure weight.
Keep the blade, body and finished assembly as separate specifications. A series label is not a universal dimension or mass.
A + B / Blade length and width
State the tip-to-tip length and maximum outline width on an agreed projection. Record cup/profile and thickness separately; this front view does not measure either.
C / Body length
Measure the body itself, excluding beads, wire, eyes and hook. Agree body width, declared material and construction with the supplier; an exterior photograph does not reveal a solid or hollow interior.
Complete assembly / total mass
Record actual total mass with the selected hook and dressing. Define overall-length endpoints and whether fibres are included. Body appearance does not establish weight or weight distribution.
05 / Original finish + range
Two faces.
Your original finish.
Discuss the blade front and reverse, body treatment and dressing as separate parts of one range.
Artwork and surface
Bring artwork you own, colour references and the intended print area. Confirm the substrate, finish process and legibility on the sample. Gold or silver appearance does not identify an alloy or plating.
A coherent assortment
Tie every size/colour code to its chosen blade, body, hook and dressing. Feasibility, minimum quantities, price and timing are confirmed for the actual offer.
06 / Sample + unit pack
Approve the unit.
Build the assortment.
A spinner is an assembly. Check the agreed parts together, then resolve point protection, presentation and mixed-variant counts.
The sample decision
Review visible eye closure, connections, points, blade/hook clearance and dressing security. Agree any retrieve, finish or corrosion check with a method, conditions and acceptance criteria; none is proved by this page.
The packing decision
Choose individual or set packing, point protection, unit identification and labels. Check actual fit and retention, then confirm quantities by variant and destination. The drawing is a packing discussion, not a tested solution.
07 / Your spinner brief
Shape your
spinner range.
Send the use, assembly choices and original branding needs together. Atlas coordinates sourcing and sample discussion around that brief.
Is a blade size number enough?
Include the drawing or actual dimensions and total mass. Series numbers alone do not identify an equivalent complete lure.
Can the hook or dressing be changed?
State the requested point count, barb, connection and trim. Compatibility and availability depend on the complete sample and supplier offer.
Can this join a wider sourced range?
List the other product lines separately. Atlas can discuss a coordinated assortment without treating the reference photograph as available stock.
