Casting Spoons / Customization + Sourcing

Casting spoons.
Start with the body.

Custom spoon sourcing, from outline and curve to finish and fittings. Define the intended presentation and your range, then confirm the complete sample.

Complete spoon body, visible rings and two exposed hook points on stone beside water

A shape is more
than its colour.

Set the intended baitfish profile and cast-and-retrieve use before choosing a finish. Compare the outline, side curve and metal gauge separately; the painted face alone cannot specify the complete spoon.

Original not-to-scale comparison diagrams; not measured supplier models or tested swimming behaviour.

01 / Outline

Slender or fuller profile?

Choose the silhouette for the range you want to build. Agree body length and maximum width, with the same measurement endpoints; a quoted weight alone does not define the outline.

02 / Side profile

Read the curve, not just the face.

Ask for a side view or physical reference as well as the face artwork. If a particular wobble or retrieve range matters, compare the selected sample under the agreed line, fittings and retrieve conditions.

03 / Gauge and mass

Separate thickness from finished weight.

The same outline may be offered in different metal gauges. Confirm base material, body thickness and complete assembly mass together. Do not substitute a thin trolling-only version for a casting brief without checking the intended use.

Two photographed spoon faces and visible single-hook fittings

04 / Finish and complete assembly

Two faces.
One complete specification.

Approve the front and reverse separately: metallic tone, painted areas, texture, pattern and any requested brand position. A gold or silver appearance does not identify the base metal or coating process. Ask for the selected material and finish declaration.

  • Front and reverse artwork / visible texture
  • Body material and requested finish
  • Feasible marking and colour options on the selected sample

Price the finished assembly.

State whether the offer is for a blank body or a completed lure. Name the line-end and hook-end components, including ring and hook configuration. The two reference photos show different fittings; they are not interchangeable specifications.

05 / Selected sample and sourcing

Confirm how it looks.
Check it as assembled.

Keep the chosen body, finish and fittings together on the approval sample. For any requested retrieve check, name the sample, line, connection and conditions; a static photograph is not swimming-action evidence.

  • Compare both faces and the side profile.
  • Confirm complete-unit weight and component identity.
  • Agree protection for the coating and exposed hooks.

Discuss a retail card, supported pack or separated bulk format for the selected assembly. Confirm counts by variant and destination with the specific offer.
